Hi everyone,

I’ll be taking a short break next week and heading to Ibiza. This means there are no classes from 16th to 22nd October.

The plan is to catch the last rays of sun in Ibiza before joining everyone at YogaFit Retreats from 19th to 22nd October. I’ll be running various classes including a Charleston workshop. Please view the YogaFit Retreats programme to see the many classes on offer and for more information.

Ten people from the Dancefloor Activist community have already booked, and everyone is welcome! Enjoy beautiful Es Figueral beach, sea views, pools, jacuzzis, buffet meals, as much yoga and exercise as you want. I can’t wait!

When booking your holiday, get 5% off with the discount code YOGAFITMATT.

Dancefloor Activist classes

Classes resume on Monday, 23rd October and I’ll be leading a special week of Pilates classes for stretching and mobilising. So if you need a good stretch, then join us for Pilates. Or if you need a good shimmy, then join us Zumba. Or why not join us for both!!

Visit my calendar for class times.

Bridges y Puentes

Bridges was a huge success! Many congratulations to Marion and all the talented people involved in it.

We started in Hull, with sold out shows for the Freedom Festival. It was then on to London, in partnership with Theatre Royal Stratford East, where the show was really well received by audience and critics alike. We ended in Dover with some magical audiences and now plan to organise more work in this area.

Happy Feet

Happy Feet has been touring throughout the whole summer. We started our tour in Brighton in May and ended in Jubilee Square the weekend before last.

Many thanks to everyone who came to dance with us! If you enjoyed the show and feel inspired to write a few words about why you enjoyed it, please email me with your thoughts. We will be compiling a document to send to our producers at the Dome to make more work in Brighton!

Brighton tea dances

Ragroof had our Autumn tea dance at the weekend. It was sold out and another big success. Tea dances are participatory events, featuring authentic vintage music from the 1920s to the 1950s, glamorous costumes and glorious dance displays.

For more information on future tea dances, and everything we’re up to, take a look at our website.
