Yoga

Matthew’s teaches a slow flow class, with poses to develop flexibility, strength and mindfulness for relaxation.

Matthew always offers progressions, so that you can take the class at your own pace. Yoga is known for helping participants relax tight muscles, helping to develop greater movement at the joints and is also a great way of developing strength.

Matthew’s ambition is to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where challenges are met with humour and mistakes are celebrated with a laugh. Matthew is a member of the Yoga Alliance and has trained as a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga instructor and brings this knowledge and experience to his Yoga classes.

Pilates

Contemporary Pilates mat based exercises focusing on core stability for improved posture and balance

Matthew offers progressions, so that you can take the class at your own pace. Pilates is known for helping participants maintain good posture by strengthening the deep muscles in the pelvis and abdomen. With a diploma in personal training and as a member of the Yoga Alliance, Matthew’s Pilates classes integrate his knowledge and experience to build a programme of exercises to work the whole body whilst aiming to keep the atmosphere fun and friendly.

Dance Mix Tape

Dance Mix Tape fitness classes that are fun, energetic and make you feel amazing

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Dance Mix Tape classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Dance High Intensity Interval Training

Dance HIIT incorporates bursts of activity for a challenging workout. The class offers a variety of exercise equipment, working the muscles dynamically with a focus on functional fitness.

Matthew is a qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates and Yoga instructor and integrates his knowledge to make the class varied and engaging. Interval training is known to effectively burn fat, and improve athletic performance. This class is 45 minutes long incorporating a warm up and a cool down.
