COVID-19 update

All Dancefloor Activist classes are now being run virtually. You can join Matthew’s classes Monday and Tuesday at 7pm & Wednesday – Saturday at 9:30am through Zoom by buying a code on the Timetable page.

 

A note from Matthew: I miss running my live classes and seeing you all face-to-face very much. I hope you and your family are in good health. Please get in contact if you’ve lost your income and would like to attend classes but cannot afford to.

About Matthew, Dancefloor Activist

I started Dancefloor Activist with a vision of creating fitness classes that promote body positive messages, and are inclusive and fun. Our ethos is to encourage everyone, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or disability, to be part of community dedicated to being active, present and involved.

I also co-direct the theatre company Murmuration Arts, having originally trained as an actor and worked in theatre, film and television.

All my work, whether in fitness or theatre, involves working in communities, bringing people together and helping to make people feel more positive about themselves.
